Kairotic Lures Summer Giveaway β Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter is Kairotic Lures Limited, New Zealand (Promoter).
2. Promotion period
The giveaway opens when the promotional post is published and closes at 12:00 pm New Zealand Daylight Time (NZDT) on Friday 27 November 2026. The winner will be drawn at 6:00 pm NZDT on Friday 27 November 2026.
Entries received after the closing time will not be eligible.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to residents of New Zealand and Australia who are 18 years of age or older.
Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
Entrants must provide accurate information and comply with these terms and conditions.
4. How to enter
To enter, comment on the official Kairotic Lures Summer Giveaway post on Facebook or Instagram and answer the question stated in the post.
One entry per person is permitted across the promotion. If a person enters on both Facebook and Instagram, only their first eligible entry will count.
Following Kairotic Lures and mentioning a friend are encouraged but are not mandatory conditions of entry. Sharing the post is also optional and does not provide an additional entry.
No purchase is necessary to enter.
5. Prizes
There will be one winner, who may choose ONE of the following prizes:
- Option 1: One fully rigged Kairotic Lures drone backbone.
- Option 2: Three Kairotic Lures best-selling trolling lures.
The winner must choose one prize only. The prize is not redeemable for cash, cannot be exchanged for another prize, and is not transferable.
The Promoter will confirm the prize specifications and delivery arrangements with the winner before fulfilment.
6. Winner selection and notification
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the closing time.
The draw will take place at 6:00 pm NZDT on Friday 27 November 2026.
The winner will be contacted by direct message from the official Kairotic Lures account and announced on the Promoter's official social media channels.
The winner must respond within seven days of being contacted and provide the information reasonably required to verify eligibility and arrange delivery.
If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or does not claim the prize within that period, the Promoter may conduct a redraw and select an alternative winner.
The Promoter will never require the winner to pay a fee or provide payment card details to claim the prize.
7. Prize delivery
The prize is available to eligible winners with a delivery address in New Zealand or Australia.
Delivery arrangements, will be confirmed with the winner before the prize is dispatched. The prize includes shipping.
The winner is responsible for providing a correct delivery address and any information reasonably required for delivery.
8. General conditions
The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify entries that are fraudulent, incomplete, duplicated, or otherwise in breach of these terms.
If circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control affect the fair operation of the giveaway, the Promoter may amend, suspend or cancel the promotion to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these terms excludes any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Privacy
Personal information collected from the winner will be used only as reasonably necessary to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility and arrange prize delivery, in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the Promoter's privacy policy.
10. Social media disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. By entering, each entrant releases Facebook and Instagram from responsibility for this promotion to the extent permitted by applicable law and acknowledges that the promotion is administered by the Promoter, not by those platforms.
11. Applicable laws
The promotion is subject to applicable laws in New Zealand and Australia. The Promoter is responsible for ensuring any applicable competition, trade promotion, registration or permit requirements are met before the promotion begins.
